Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional HR Business Partner - Americas & Programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on employee relations issues and ensure compliance with employment laws
• Support key HR processes and collaborate with HR Operations for effective service delivery
• Own and manage employee handbooks, immigration support, and government reporting

Qualifications & Competencies

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 3-5 years of HR generalist or HRBP experience in multinational environments
• Understanding of US and Canada employment law
• Experience with benefits administration and immigration programs
• Proficiency in Workday HRIS and familiarity with analytics tools
