Job Summary

To support a multi-state workforce, the full-time Regional HR Generalist will provide operational HR support, facilitate core HR processes, and enhance employee engagement while working remotely from the Eastern or Central time zone.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary HR contact for assigned regional offices and provide day-to-day HR support to managers and employees
  • Partner with office leadership to support employee engagement, staffing needs, and workplace initiatives
  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities while coordinating with Recruiting and HR operations teams
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of progressive HR generalist experience
  • Experience supporting multiple locations or decentralized work environments
  • Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
