Job Summary
To support a multi-state workforce, the full-time Regional HR Generalist will provide operational HR support, facilitate core HR processes, and enhance employee engagement while working remotely from the Eastern or Central time zone.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HR contact for assigned regional offices and provide day-to-day HR support to managers and employees
- Partner with office leadership to support employee engagement, staffing needs, and workplace initiatives
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities while coordinating with Recruiting and HR operations teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of progressive HR generalist experience
- Experience supporting multiple locations or decentralized work environments
- Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
