Job Summary
Serving as the primary HR support resource for assigned offices, the full-time Regional HR Generalist will provide consultative and operational HR support, facilitate core HR processes, and promote a positive employee experience while working remotely within the Eastern or Central time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day HR support to managers and employees in assigned regional offices
- Partner with office leadership to enhance employee engagement and manage staffing needs
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring accurate HR documentation and compliance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of progressive HR generalist experience
- Experience supporting multiple locations or decentralized work environments
- Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
