Job Summary
Supporting multiple regional offices, the full-time Regional HR Generalist will provide essential HR support, facilitate core HR processes, and promote employee engagement while working remotely in the Eastern or Central time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HR contact for assigned regional offices, delivering day-to-day HR support to managers and employees
- Partner with office leadership to enhance employee engagement and address staffing needs and workplace initiatives
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring accurate HR documentation and compliance with policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of progressive HR generalist experience
- Experience supporting multiple locations or decentralized work environments
- Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
