Job Summary
To support a geographically dispersed workforce, the full-time Regional HR Generalist will provide essential HR support to managers and employees across assigned offices in the East Region, focusing on employee engagement, onboarding, and performance management while collaborating with centralized HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HR contact for assigned regional offices, offering day-to-day HR support
- Partner with office leadership to enhance employee engagement and address staffing needs
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes while coordinating with Recruiting and HR operations teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3 to 5 years of progressive HR generalist experience
- Experience supporting multiple locations or decentralized work environments
- Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
