Job Summary
Supporting multiple regional offices, the full-time Regional HR Generalist will provide consultative and operational HR assistance, focusing on employee engagement, performance management, and compliance while working remotely from preferred locations in the Eastern or Central time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HR contact for assigned regional offices, offering day-to-day HR support to managers and employees
- Partner with office leadership to enhance employee engagement and address staffing needs and workplace initiatives
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes while coordinating with Recruiting and HR operations teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of progressive HR generalist experience
- Experience supporting multiple locations or decentralized work environments
- Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
