Regional Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the installation process for clients in the U3000 regional market, the full-time Regional Implementation Specialist will manage benefit summaries, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure accurate documentation while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the creation and maintenance of employer Benefit Summaries and SBCs, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Partner with Implementation Managers and other stakeholders to address benefit questions and assist in client meetings
• Act as an ePro expert, managing transactions and coordinating updates based on legislative reviews and audits

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience in project management, account management, or customer service roles
• Detailed knowledge of Cigna's administrative capabilities and benefits preferred
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with software applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to establish relationships with matrix partners and manage multiple priorities effectively
