Job Summary
Generating sales opportunities and providing exceptional customer service to homeowners, the full-time Regional Inside Sales Representative will engage with clients remotely, leveraging provided leads to convert inquiries into booked services while collaborating with the sales team to exceed targets.
Key responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inbound customer inquiries through various channels
- Engage with homeowners to understand their service needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Maintain customer records and track sales activities in the CRM system
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the residential service industry
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for exceptional experiences
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems is a plus
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets
