Regional Insights Advisor

Job Summary

Supporting the AMER Regional Lead, the full-time Regional Insights Advisor will deliver business intelligence, governance support, and strategic analysis to enhance client relationships and drive growth strategies in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare analysis and insights to elevate client relationships and inform growth strategies
• Produce and maintain monthly and quarterly reporting packages, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery
• Coordinate project execution for account business plans and support the Client Voice program activities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, client analytics, or account management within a complex organization
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to present data clearly for varied audiences
• Proven ability to build effective working relationships across teams
• Structured project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
