Regional Maintenance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with safety protocols across assigned sites
• Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs to enhance equipment reliability
• Manage maintenance operations across multiple delivery stations and coordinate communication between site teams and regional leadership

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience overseeing maintenance teams and multi-site operations
• Proficient in preventive/predictive maintenance and repairs on electrical and mechanical equipment
• Flexibility to work all shifts, including holidays and weekends
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or 5+ years of relevant management experience (preferred)
• Certification in maintenance management or reliability (e.g., CMRP, PMP) is a plus
