Regional Maintenance Manager

Job Summary

Supporting state-of-the-art distribution centers, the full-time remote Associate Regional Maintenance Manager will manage a portfolio of 5-7 sites, ensuring 24x7 operational coverage and focusing on reliability engineering and program management execution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage maintenance activities across multiple shifts to ensure continuous operational support and optimal performance
• Execute contract KPIs and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and oversee site performance through operational metrics and quality assurance processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field
• Experience in maintenance management within a logistics or industrial environment
• Proven track record of managing multiple sites and leading teams in a 24x7 operational setting
• Strong understanding of reliability engineering principles and performance metrics
• Ability to analyze data and implement continuous improvement strategies
