Required Qualifications

• Significant experience in SaaS or enterprise software account management
• Proven track record of improving gross and net retention rates
• Strong commercial acumen and experience in deal strategy and scenario planning
• Familiarity with channel/partner models and joint planning
• High proficiency in CRM and reporting tools for pipeline management
