Job Summary
To support operational excellence in dental practices, the remote Regional Manager will oversee practice performance, implement cost control measures, and manage communication and onboarding processes while fostering team development and culture.
Key responsibilities
- Own the practice's performance by assessing individual contributions and partnership dynamics among the Doctor and Team Lead
- Implement internal meeting structures and maintain clear communication with practice teams and central support
- Lead the training and onboarding of Team Leads while optimizing change management and ensuring effective operational systems
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in managing dental practices or similar operational environments
- Strong background in cost control and revenue growth strategies
- Experience in team leadership and development, particularly in onboarding processes
