Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Associate TAMs to drive customer adoption and success
• Champion the voice of the customer and collaborate with cross-functional leaders to enhance regional customer success
• Own key performance indicators (KPIs) related to adoption, security risk reduction, and customer retention

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in cybersecurity, containers, or cloud computing markets
• Knowledge of cloud computing with hands-on experience in building and operating cloud infrastructure
• Proven track record of engaging with senior-level customers in Customer Success or related roles
• Experience managing customer escalations and balancing expectations with business requirements
• Thorough understanding of cloud platform features and best practices for securing cloud environments
