Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Manager, Immigration for the NAM region.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee capacity planning and workforce management across multiple regions
• Provide detailed and accurate reporting on regional performance and workforce management
• Monitor and ensure the achievement of regional goals and OKRs

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in global immigration or mobility operations
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership or team lead role
• In-depth knowledge of immigration regulations and processes across key regions
• Proven ability to develop and implement regional immigration strategies
• Familiarity with corporate immigration policies and global mobility frameworks
