Job Summary
To lead a regional team of Case Managers in providing access and therapy management services, the full-time salaried Regional Manager of Patient Services will manage day-to-day operations, develop strategic goals, and ensure high levels of customer service in a virtual setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direction and guidance on daily Patient Services operations to Case Managers
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers
- Identify regional trends and drive the development of short and long-term strategies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 7+ years of recent experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical/biotech industry
- Previous management experience preferred
- Knowledge of private payer, Medicare, and Medicaid reimbursement processes
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management Systems, such as Salesforce.com
