Job Summary

To lead a regional team of Case Managers in providing access and therapy management services, the full-time salaried Regional Manager of Patient Services will manage day-to-day operations, develop strategic goals, and ensure high levels of customer service in a virtual setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direction and guidance on daily Patient Services operations to Case Managers
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers
  • Identify regional trends and drive the development of short and long-term strategies
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 7+ years of recent experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical/biotech industry
  • Previous management experience preferred
  • Knowledge of private payer, Medicare, and Medicaid reimbursement processes
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management Systems, such as Salesforce.com
