A company is looking for a Regional Manager, Partner Success for the Mid Atlantic region.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of partner success managers to oversee product implementations and provide educator support
• Build relationships with key districts to enhance program implementation and drive territory growth
• Collaborate with sales and professional development leaders to ensure effective service delivery and account management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, or Business preferred
• 8+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or teaching, with management experience
• Experience managing direct and indirect reports in a project management or educational environment
• Master's degree preferred, along with 10+ years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in computer applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools
