Job Summary
To drive market development in Northern Los Angeles, the full-time remote Regional Manager - Prenatal will build and lead a high-impact sales team focused on delivering innovative prenatal diagnostic solutions to OBGYN clinics and private practices.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive, data-driven sales strategy and business plan for the Northern Los Angeles region
- Recruit, hire, train, and manage a team of talented sales representatives to optimize sales opportunities
- Analyze sales results and industry trends to increase sales volume and drive success within the territory
Required qualifications:
- Minimum 4+ years of field sales management experience in molecular diagnostics or genetics, specifically within Women's Health or Prenatal diagnostics
- Proven track record of hiring, developing, and motivating a successful sales team to exceed sales goals
- Prior experience in lab diagnostics with strong negotiation and closing skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and understand market needs to enhance sales strategies
- Strong organizational skills with effective time management and prioritization abilities
