Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Manager - Prenatal, New England (RI, VT, ME, NE, MA).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive, data-driven sales strategy and business plan for market development in New England
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of sales representatives to execute sales strategies and optimize opportunities
  • Analyze sales results and industry trends to increase sales volume and drive success within the territory
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 4+ years of field sales management experience in molecular diagnostics, specifically in Women's Health or Prenatal Diagnostics
  • Strong experience in hiring, developing, and motivating a sales team to exceed sales goals
  • Demonstrated successful sales track record with solid negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to assess the needs of OBGYNs and MFMs with a focus on consultative sales
  • Desire to work in a startup environment and build out a new territory and team
