Job Summary
A company is looking for a Regional Manager - Prenatal, New England (RI, VT, ME, NE, MA).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive, data-driven sales strategy and business plan for market development in New England
- Build and lead a high-performing team of sales representatives to execute sales strategies and optimize opportunities
- Analyze sales results and industry trends to increase sales volume and drive success within the territory
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 4+ years of field sales management experience in molecular diagnostics, specifically in Women's Health or Prenatal Diagnostics
- Strong experience in hiring, developing, and motivating a sales team to exceed sales goals
- Demonstrated successful sales track record with solid negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to assess the needs of OBGYNs and MFMs with a focus on consultative sales
- Desire to work in a startup environment and build out a new territory and team
