Regional Manager - Prenatal (NJ)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Manager - Prenatal, North Atlantic (PA, NJ, DE).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a data-driven sales strategy and business plan for market growth in the North Atlantic region
• Build and lead a high-performing team of sales representatives to execute sales strategies and enhance profitability
• Analyze sales results and industry trends to optimize sales volume and drive success within the territory

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 4+ years of field sales management experience in molecular diagnostics, specifically in Women's Health, Prenatal, or Reproductive Health
• Proven track record in hiring, developing, and motivating a sales team to achieve ambitious goals
• Strong experience in data analysis and understanding buyer/decision maker types
• Ability to assess the needs of OBGYNs and MFMs with a consultative sales approach
• Desire to work in a startup environment and build out a new territory and team
