Job Summary

To drive growth and enhance provider partnerships, the full-time Regional Manager, Provider Partnerships will lead a team of Territory Managers, focusing on referral growth, performance accountability, and strategic market expansion in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities
  • Own and drive regional performance by achieving referral growth, booking rates, and completed patient goals
  • Lead, coach, and develop Territory Managers, ensuring accountability to performance standards and KPIs
  • Execute regional strategy through account segmentation and market expansion initiatives
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare business development or provider partnerships
  • 1-3+ years of people leadership experience with a track record of developing high-performing teams
  • Proven success in meeting or exceeding referral and patient growth targets
  • Experience with CRM and analytics platforms such as HubSpot and Superset
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use performance metrics to drive decisions
