Job Summary

Focused on driving pipeline growth within the Central region, the full-time Regional Marketing Manager will develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies, execute demand generation programs, and analyze campaign effectiveness while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive regional marketing plan to meet sales pipeline and revenue targets
  • Execute demand generation programs, including digital campaigns, regional events, webinars, and account-based marketing initiatives
  • Track and measure campaign effectiveness using marketing automation and CRM data, providing regular KPI reports to leadership
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, particularly in regional or field marketing
  • Proven experience in developing and executing market-specific strategies in the Central regions
  • Proficiency in using a major Marketing Automation Platform (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and a CRM tool (e.g., Salesforce)
