Job Summary

Leading the development and execution of marketing and communications strategies across Latin America, the full-time Regional Marketing Manager will focus on learner recruitment, brand strengthening, and campaign management while working remotely with a fixed-term contract from July 2026 to July 2027.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing and communications strategies tailored to local contexts in Colombia and other Latin American markets
  • Own the end-to-end learner recruitment strategy, designing multi-channel acquisition approaches and managing partnerships to drive candidate pipelines
  • Oversee marketing campaign planning and execution, ensuring strong performance through effective channel management and continuous optimization
Required qualifications
  • 6-10+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or growth roles
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end marketing campaigns, including agency management
  • Experience working across multiple Latin American markets is preferred
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required
  • Strong strategic thinking and project management skills
