Job Summary

Owning the North America regional marketing strategy, the full-time Regional Marketing Manager will manage the execution of marketing initiatives to drive demand, pipeline, and revenue growth while collaborating closely with sales and global marketing teams in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the North America marketing plan aligned with global and regional priorities
  • Support multi-channel demand generation programs and manage regional marketing events
  • Act as the primary marketing partner for North America sales teams, ensuring alignment throughout the sales funnel
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in field or regional marketing within B2B sectors, preferably technology or SaaS
  • Strong track record in executing demand generation and sales-aligned marketing programs
  • Experience collaborating closely with sales teams to align marketing activities with revenue goals
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and events simultaneously
  • Data-driven mindset with the capability to translate insights into actionable recommendations
