Job Summary
To support strategic business growth, the full-time Regional Marketing Representative will manage outside sales and marketing efforts to brokers and agents within an assigned territory, focusing on new business development, renewal retention, and cultivating long-term client relationships in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business through outside sales and marketing activities, including achieving specific targets for submissions and gross written premium growth
- Foster business opportunities by attending trade shows and managing correspondence, while setting new agency registration goals
- Conduct sales calls to maintain existing client relationships and manage an established block of business, ensuring timely resolution of client issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent education and/or experience
- Minimum of two years of relevant and progressive professional experience
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word)
- Knowledge of industry changes, legal updates, and technical developments relevant to the company's business
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
