Regional Network Development Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Network Development Associate to engage and support aging-in-place service providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and engage aging-in-place service providers, including conducting outbound lead generation activities
• Facilitate the provider subcontracting process and assist with credentialing requirements and documentation
• Conduct provider portal training sessions and support providers with any questions or concerns about portal utilization

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of customer service experience
• Outbound calling experience
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to self-manage daily efforts and work autonomously in a remote environment
• Computer proficiency and comfort with learning new technology platforms
