Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Network Development Associate to identify and engage aging-in-place service providers for its network.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and engage aging-in-place service providers, conducting outreach and follow-ups
• Facilitate the application, contracting, and credentialing processes for new providers
• Conduct training sessions on provider portal functionalities and support providers with any inquiries

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of customer service experience
• Outbound calling experience
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to self-manage and work autonomously in a remote environment
• Proficiency in using technology platforms and CRM systems
