Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Nursing Student Success Lead, MSN Required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Applies evidence-based teaching strategies to enhance student and faculty readiness
• Coordinates and delivers content to support the development of clinical reasoning and judgment
• Facilitates engagement through active learning strategies and develops resources for NCLEX preparation

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree in nursing
• Current, unencumbered RN license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice
• Strong understanding of clinical reasoning and Socratic questioning
• Experience in teamwork and collaboration within an academic setting
• Knowledge of adult learning theory and evidence-based teaching strategies
