Regional Operations Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Director, Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and operationalize BOI, Quality, and Cost of Care programs across multiple markets
• Build and enforce SOPs, SLAs, and RACIs while overseeing core workflows
• Partner with market leaders to monitor performance and implement corrective actions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of healthcare operations experience
• 3+ years leading multi-market risk adjustment or quality programs
• Bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred
• Six Sigma/Lean certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of HEDIS, risk adjustment coding, and operational team leadership
