Job Summary
Leading the Mobile Technical Services regional team, the full-time Regional Operations Director will enhance client property value and user satisfaction through effective operational management, financial control, and employee development in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage operational aspects of Mobile Technical Services to maintain and improve asset value while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Oversee team training and development to enhance technical qualifications and meet client needs effectively
- Manage regional P&L and operating expenses, forecasting revenue and expenses while ensuring timely billing and risk management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as engineering, maintenance, or construction
- Minimum seven years of leadership experience in facility maintenance and engineering management
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of facilities engineering operations and financial performance analysis
- Experience managing union labor resources and Collective Bargaining Agreements
