Job Summary

As a key leader in a full-time remote position, the Regional Operations Director will manage a diverse portfolio of veterinary hospitals, driving business performance, fostering a positive culture, and developing future leaders while ensuring exceptional client experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Champion a thriving culture by partnering with the Regional Medical Director to engage and motivate hospital teams
• Drive business performance through P&L management, focusing on revenue growth and operational efficiency
• Develop future leaders by coaching and training Hospital Managers and their teams to build a strong talent pipeline

Required qualifications

• Proven track record of successful multi-site P&L management in a veterinary or healthcare environment
• Experience in recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing teams in a leadership role
• Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on building a positive and accountable culture
• Strong communication and conflict management skills, adaptable to diverse audiences
• Significant experience in a multi-site veterinary, healthcare, or customer-centric retail environment
