Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Operations & Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between the company and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction
• Lead and manage a team of drivers and staff, providing guidance and support
• Implement new business operations and ensure compliance with contract goals

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma or G.E.D
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Account Management in a regional capacity
• 5+ years of experience in a role with budgetary responsibilities
• 5+ years of previous leadership or supervisory experience
