Regional Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Operations Manager for their Virtual Medical Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Record, analyze, and monitor performance metrics to identify gaps in the VMT NP/PA organization
• Create intervention plans and partner with Regional Virtual Medical Directors on strategic rollouts
• Manage complex databases and utilize patient demand forecasts for staffing determinations

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience
• 3+ years of experience in process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
• Experience with analytics tools focused on forecasting and staffing
