Job Summary

Regional Operations Manager, responsible for overseeing a team in the Western Coast region to ensure exceptional service in pupil transportation, working full-time in a remote setting with a salary range of $70,000 to $75,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard, train, and manage a team of specialists and coordinators
• Maintain senior-level relationships with district and state agency partners, ensuring excellent customer service and compliance
• Track and analyze operational data to improve performance metrics and driver satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant management experience
• Proficiency with online platforms and remote team tools
• Ability to provide feedback and coaching across levels
• Access to a working computer with a camera and microphone, and a reliable internet connection
• Exhibits competencies up to Manager level on Core Competencies
