Regional Operations Manager

Job Summary

Managing branch operations, the full-time Regional Operations Manager will provide coaching and training to Branch Managers, ensuring sales, customer service, and profitability goals are met while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures across all branches
• Resolve customer issues and manage branch performance through regular evaluations and support
• Collaborate with HR and corporate teams to develop staffing pipelines and ensure adequate training for employees

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience in operations management
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge of sales P&L and inventory management
• Experience in the HVAC industry or related fields
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AS400 systems
