Regional Operations Manager
Job Summary
To support a growing virtual medical team, the full-time Regional Operations Manager will manage performance metrics, create intervention plans, and collaborate with Regional Virtual Medical Directors to enhance patient care processes in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Record, analyze, and monitor performance metrics to identify process and performance gaps
- Create intervention plans addressing national, regional, and individual gaps in care delivery
- Visualize and present data-driven insights to senior leadership while managing national initiatives
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
