Regional Organizing Director

Job Summary

Serving as the primary executors of the Party at the Polls program, the full-time Regional Organizing Director will manage relationships with local partners, oversee community-led voter turnout events, and ensure quality activations across assigned states, all while working remotely until December 15th, 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and maintain relationships with community organizations and partners hosting activations
• Support the execution of Party at the Polls events and monitor activation quality using program data tools
• Serve as the main point of contact for mobilization partners, providing guidance and support as needed

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in community organizing, civic engagement, or related fields
• Demonstrated experience managing partner relationships and tracking deliverables
• Experience with grant-funded programs and familiarity with reporting requirements
• Track record of coordinating events or community activations across multiple sites
• Experience working within a nonprofit or civic engagement organization is a plus
