Job Summary
A company is looking for a Regional Partner Development Manager (PDM).
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain trusted-advisor relationships with partners' executive leadership to drive strategic alignment and growth
- Architect and execute go-to-market strategies for partners' portfolios, ensuring readiness and launch excellence
- Monitor and guide partners' sales pipelines, driving pipeline generation activities and deal coaching
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Operations, Computer Science, or a related field AND 10+ years of experience in partner management, sales, or business development in the technology industry
- Equivalent experience may be considered
- Master's Degree in Business Administration or a related field AND 12+ years of experience in partner management or related roles is preferred
- This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship; candidates must have authorization to work in the U.S
