Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Partner Director for the Northeast region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and sales plays for partner growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective partners while supporting them with enablement programs
  • Engage in the full sales lifecycle and maintain ownership of regional forecasting and performance tracking
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise sales or partner/channel leadership within VAR, GSI, Cloud, or SaaS ecosystems
  • Understanding of channel company structures and VAR business models
  • Experience launching or scaling partner service offerings in North American markets
  • Proven success in developing regional go-to-market strategies and closing complex deals
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills with a structured and outcome-oriented mindset
