Job Summary
To develop and grow strategic relationships with partners in the NAMER region, the full-time Regional Partner Director will identify, onboard, enable, and manage referral, reseller, and alliance partners to accelerate pipeline generation and revenue growth while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and recruit high-potential partners, managing the onboarding process including training and contractual alignment
- Drive partner readiness through enablement programs and co-sell with partners to influence and close deals
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders within partner organizations and collaborate with internal teams to support partner needs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- 10+ years of sales and partner management experience in a global software or IT services company
- Familiarity with software support services or third-party support models
- Ability to influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders
- Experience with CRM and partner management tools, such as Salesforce
