Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Partner Enablement Manager (North America) to drive the success of their partner ecosystem through enablement programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver enablement programs for partner sales, presales, and delivery teams
  • Lead onboarding programs for new partners and create structured onboarding journeys
  • Coordinate enablement logistics and act as the primary liaison for regional partners
Required Qualifications
  • 4-7 years of experience in partner enablement, sales enablement, or channel management
  • Experience in a high-growth SaaS environment, preferably Enterprise B2B
  • Strong program management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives
  • Experience designing and delivering training programs
  • Familiarity with LMS and CMS platforms, and structured onboarding frameworks
