Job Summary
A company is looking for a Regional Partner Enablement Manager (North America) to drive the success of their partner ecosystem through enablement programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver enablement programs for partner sales, presales, and delivery teams
- Lead onboarding programs for new partners and create structured onboarding journeys
- Coordinate enablement logistics and act as the primary liaison for regional partners
Required Qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience in partner enablement, sales enablement, or channel management
- Experience in a high-growth SaaS environment, preferably Enterprise B2B
- Strong program management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives
- Experience designing and delivering training programs
- Familiarity with LMS and CMS platforms, and structured onboarding frameworks
