Regional Partnership Manager

Job Summary

Building and leveraging existing relationships, the full-time Regional Partnership Manager will engage with SNF administrators, hospitalists, and specialist offices to drive patient referrals into Mira Mace while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with key healthcare partners in the assigned market to facilitate patient referrals
• Present Mira Mace's value proposition and support partners through system setup and referral activation
• Train partner staff on referral processes and maintain ongoing relationships to ensure smooth operations

Required Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience as a Physician Liaison, Community Liaison, or similar role in a healthcare setting
• Established relationships with SNF administrators, hospitalists, and discharge planners in the target market
• Direct experience with Medicare and post-acute referral workflows
• Ability to engage effectively with both clinical staff and administrators
• Comfort operating in a startup environment and contributing to building processes
