• Coach and develop Parts Managers to enhance performance and compliance with procurement policies

• Assist in the selection of preferred vendors and ensure accurate data management in procurement systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent industry experience
• 3+ years of experience in parts management, procurement, or a related field
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Proficiency in procurement systems and data management tools
• Knowledge of automotive parts and industry trends
