Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Patient Recruitment Lead in Clinical Research.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute strategic recruitment plans in partnership with the corporate patient recruitment team
• Guide teams in implementing multi-channel recruitment strategies and ensure an exceptional patient experience
• Monitor performance indicators and lead patient recruiting call center managers to achieve key performance indicators

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Proven success in leading high-performing teams to meet enrollment and revenue goals
• 3+ years of experience managing a patient enrollment team of 5 or more representatives
• Bachelor's degree required; business degree preferred
• Healthcare sales and call center management training preferred
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial enrollment processes and regulations
