Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Patient Recruitment Lead in Clinical Research.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute strategic recruitment plans in collaboration with the corporate patient recruitment team
• Guide teams in implementing multi-channel recruitment strategies and ensure an exceptional patient experience
• Monitor performance indicators and manage patient recruiting call center teams to achieve key performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• Proven success leading high-performing teams that meet enrollment and revenue goals
• 3+ years of experience managing a patient enrollment team of 5 or more representatives
• Bachelor's degree required; business degree preferred
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial enrollment processes and regulations
• Experience managing and improving KPIs at both individual and team levels
