Regional Patient Recruitment Lead

Job Summary

To drive patient recruitment and engagement strategies across multiple clinical research sites, the full-time salaried Regional Patient Recruitment Lead will manage site-level teams to achieve enrollment goals, optimize funnel performance, and ensure an exceptional patient experience while working remotely with occasional travel.

Key responsibilities

• Create and execute strategic recruitment plans in partnership with the corporate patient recruitment team
• Guide teams in implementing multi-channel recruitment strategies and ensure exceptional patient experiences
• Monitor performance indicators and take targeted actions to address or prevent underperformance

Required qualifications

• Proven success leading high-performing teams that meet or exceed enrollment and revenue goals
• 3+ years managing a patient enrollment team of 5+ representatives
• Bachelor's degree required; business degree preferred
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial enrollment processes, protocols, and regulations
• Experience managing and improving KPIs at both individual and team levels
