Regional Patient Recruitment Lead

Job Summary

Driving patient recruitment and engagement strategies, the full-time salaried Regional Patient Recruitment Lead will manage site-level teams to achieve enrollment goals and optimize performance while working remotely with occasional travel to clinical research sites and community events.

Key responsibilities

• Create and execute strategic recruitment plans in collaboration with the corporate patient recruitment team
• Guide teams in implementing multi-channel recruitment strategies and ensure an exceptional patient experience
• Monitor performance indicators and take action to address underperformance while fostering a culture of accountability

Required qualifications

• Proven success in leading high-performing teams that meet enrollment and revenue goals
• 3+ years managing a patient enrollment team of 5+ representatives
• Bachelor's degree required; business degree preferred
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial enrollment processes and regulations
• Experience managing and improving KPIs at both individual and team levels
