Job Summary
Supporting the full People lifecycle across assigned locations, the full-time Regional People Business Partner will manage store engagement, compliance standards, and daily People operations, while working remotely to assist with recruiting, onboarding, and processing employee transactions.
Key responsibilities
- Process store colleague transactions, including wage rate changes, job changes, and terminations
- Coordinate and support the new hire onboarding experience in partnership with store leadership
- Audit and track completion of administrative metrics and ensure compliance with local and federal regulations
Required qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant People Services/Human Resources experience
- Basic understanding of key local and federal employment laws
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Comfortable working in a remote and/or hybrid environment
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
