Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional People & Culture Business Partner for the Americas Region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to regional people leaders, translating business objectives into actionable people strategies
  • Provide performance management guidance to enhance growth and productivity
  • Ensure P&C initiatives align with departmental goals and support the overall team member experience
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or relevant experience
  • Minimum 5 years in HR, with at least 3 years as a Business Partner
  • Experience in the technology industry, preferably SaaS
  • Solid understanding of employment laws in the US and Canada
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
