Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred
- 4-6 years of experience in multi-unit and multi-state retail or restaurant support
- Experience with complex employee relations cases and investigations
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws
- Preferred certifications: SHRM - CP, SHRM - SCP, or PHR
