Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and provide training on best practices
  • Offer management guidance on HR-related questions, including compliance and conflict resolution
  • Support wage and hour compliance, conduct HR audits, and manage background check processes
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred
  • 4-6 years of experience in multi-unit and multi-state retail or restaurant support
  • Experience with complex employee relations cases and investigations
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws
  • Preferred certifications: SHRM - CP, SHRM - SCP, or PHR
